2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Franc Merlot
The grapes for this red wine were grown on a small Bio-Dynamic estate in NW Victoria. Picked at optimum maturity to maximize the varietal fruit characters, and aged in small French & American oak casks, adds enormous depth and complexity to this style.
