2004 EXP W.R. Merlot Cellar Aged
This winemaker’s reserve experimental wine was produced using 3 different red winemaking techniques. The nose exudes a bouquet of perfumed roses and confectionary characters, with a lovely and rich lingering palate reminiscent of strawberry liqueur centred chocolates with fine coconut oak and soft warming tannins. Produced with the aid of fresh Bio-Dynamic egg. Traces may remain.
